I have a strange red plant growing in my yard. What is it? - pictures of mossy oak wedding theme

Fingers very strange, because the facility is bright red and sends a ball of green moss. When I paint a picture! I live in the vicinity of wetlands, but this is the first time that I have never seen anything like it. It seems very exotic, and feels like a kind of bug odor. The red fingers, rather than when it rains and it has a hole in the head and is hollow. Please help!

What we have is a stinkhorn, which is a type of fungus. Stinkhorns crumbling, decaying material. The musty smell attracts flies, then carry the spores of other stinkhorns no fear red materials.Have are not dangerous, in fact, are a delicacy in China.
